Our Office

Christian J. Gendreau is a Managing Attorney at Storey Law Group, P.A. and primarily focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, including: leasing; landlord tenant; closings; purchase contracts; title matters; self-storage facilities; and lender and creditor representation. 


In addition to his litigation and transactional work, Mr. Gendreau manages the firm’s appellate matters.  Mr. Gendreau has briefed cases in every District Court in Florida and the District Courts have published numerous decisions in favor of his clients.  Representative examples include:  Lawyers Title v. Wells, 881 So. 2d 668 (Fla. 5th DCA 2004); Johnson v. Christiana Trust, 166 So. 3d 940 (Fla. 4th DCA 2015); Spencer v. Deutsche Bank Nat’l Trust Co., 283 So. 3d 1284 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019); Bahad v. Wilmington Sav. Fund Soc. FSB, 278 So. 3d 740 (Fla. 3d DCA 2019); Bahad v. Christiana Trust, 300 So. 3d 1224 (Fla. 3d DCA 2020).


Mr. Gendreau obtained a degree in Political Science from the Honors College at the University of Central Florida and earned his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law (J.D. With High Honors), where he graduated Order of the Coif.  While attending the University of Florida, Mr. Gendreau was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor on the FLORIDA LAW REVIEW and served as a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Department.  Mr. Gendreau was also the recipient of the Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith, & Cutler Scholarship.


Mr. Gendreau is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Real Estate Council.  He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

An active member of the Orlando community, Mr. Gendreau was a founding member of the UCF Honors College Alumni Association and routinely volunteers as a judge for regional moot court and mock trial competitions.
